How Masters CGPA is calculated
- • Theory papers carry 4 credits; term papers, practicals and viva-voce carry 2–7 credits depending on the subject. Grade points multiply by credits to give quality points.
- • CGPA = total quality points ÷ total credits of the courses you have graded.
- • Optional / elective papers only count when you actually enter a grade — leave the ones you did not take blank.
- • Classification: 3.50+ First Class · 3.00+ Second Class · 2.50+ Third Class · 2.00+ Pass.
